...but the the last version couldnt load and i couldnt play at all. So i had to download the old version saved (luckily) on my iMac and lost all data, but can play.

This is a gr8 game! Cant get tired of playing it. Very recommended!

Having wifi issues. Not receiving moves and notifications on wifi. Multiplayer could use an option to meet strangers to play over the course of days or hours. Not rushing players could allow for some great game friendships! Please Help guys!

This used to be my favorite app, but then I trusted them enough to do the update. Big mistake. They changed the Princess & Dragon sound effects...its now so loud and annoying as to be unplayable (the effects are too loud relative to others, the fairy sound is constant and a literal headache, and the SCREAMING meeple is seriously unnervingly!). And that was my favorite app expansion. I never play anymore because of it. HUGE disappointment! Please fix it. :(

The more experience you earn the mow the odds attack against you in this game... Even on "easy" the odds are in favor of the computer... My kids cannot play this game unless I uninstall then reinstall it, to get rid of my "experience"... Why have strength of computer if no matter what the game stacks the odds

The fact that I still play this game so much despite constant crashes is a testament to how well it is made, but a crash fix is long overdue. Would be 5 stars if it didnt crash during every other game.

I love playing it with my family and friends because it is calm and slow-paced

Never crashed, works without any flaws, many multiplayer options... Yea, its a really good app :)

Great job for nearly everything. The gameplay, expansion integration, music, sounds, and interface are pretty spot on and easy to navigate and use and work well. The only reason its not 5 stars is the multiplayer. Its awesome when it works but its funniky. Joining a local game never works on the first try and usually involves restarting the "lobby" a few times before another player can join. And then its several tries on their part for it to actually connect. Works great once the multiplayer games get started. Initiating them just needs some ironing out. So far not a single crash or slowdown in iPhone 6+, or iPad Air.

(currently installed on iPhone 6) I purchased this game about 4 years ago. It is incredibly addictive, and I still play it daily. But, about 2 years ago, they stop updating / created an update that caused it to crash. Has never improved in the past 2 years. I would give it one star, but I got hooked on it before the crashing started and play it too often to fairly give it one star.

This is the mobile game that converted me to prefer electronic games over physical board/card games. The game art is beautiful, and the gameplay is just like the actual game. I come from a gaming family. We frequently get together to play board and card games. However, now we can play our favorite games (which definitely include this one) any time, no matter where we are. I am always in at least one (but often more) game, and as soon as we finish, we start another. The primary people I play with live across the state I live in, and we dont get together that much anymore. But because of this brilliant game, its like were together a little bit every day. This is why I like mobile versions over the physical games; I find that we play this game a ton more than we otherwise would. Plus, as a huge bonus, theres no set up, clean up, or the need to find a large clear surface on which to play. Lastly, the players dont even need to be free at the same time to start up a game and play. When you buy the game, be sure to pick up the expansion packs. Its great to try them all out individually and together. To keep the game fresh, my play group changes which expansion(s) were playing every new game.

Love the update to my all time favorite game. Added some mini expansions that make game play more fun and challenging. Get this app - its totally worth it.

Love the game. Thanks for the new expansion packs. I do have an issue that continues to happen. Whenever I open up the app, all of my Game Center achievements start to be calculate and pop up on the top of the screen. These achievements have been achieved months ago but the game recognize it whenever I open the game. So I have to wait about 3 minutes for all of the achievements to run through before being able to view the full screen.

This game has always been the #1 all-time best game in the entire App Store. A truly phenomenal, superb, lovingly-crafted, outstanding, faithful, brilliant reproduction of the original board game Carcassonne… with tons of expansion packs as well! And now, theyve added the ability to analyze your points after the game, which is just wonderful!!

Since upgrading the app to the latest version, each morning and and throughout the day, you get pestered by every game center "accomplishment" achieved in carcassone.

Ive been curious about this game for a long time, but waited until now to try it - just in time for solitaire to be broken and unplayable. Once fixed, Ill update my review.

Love the game, but after this last update, in-game chat crashes entire app. This occurs when you have the chat window and keyboard open when the other player sends a message, without fail, every time.

Carcassonne has stopped working as well. Cannot click the green check arrow.

This game was done the way every board-game-to-iDevice transfer should be done. Excellent graphics, wonderful AI, easy gameplay, but still maintaining the feel of the original game. Plus, some highly enjoyable expansions!
